Any planning complexities were overcome not only by means of the architect’s smart approach, but also by means of design — a considerable quantity of smooth surfaces and lines. Travel to Provence . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 26 Even the standard apartment in the multi-storey panel house can be decorated in the way where no one will recognize the initial project in the interior. The French style featuring some Provence elements allowed creating an image of a spacious country house at the Mediterranean sea coast. Blue tones and sated flower decor prevail in its design, most of the furniture has a thin metal base a la forging. Moving horizons . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 34 The sculpturesque interior design came from the owner’s choice for a modern style. Highlighting the sculptural compositions, the lighting system makes them even more expressive. The rooms are visually extended, being reflected in glossy furniture surfaces; and in a spacious loggia-and-rotunda the designer managed to arrange a small winter garden with an additional rest-and-welcoming zone. Joyful colors to cheers you up . . . . . . . . 42 The apartment’s owner — a young woman, full of vital and creative energy — wished to have a cozy, light, warm residence for a joyful mood. The designer managed to create a stylistically unified space, a comfortable and functional one, considering the interests of each member of the family. House cosiness for rent. . . . . . . . . . . . . . 70 Creation of an interior in the apartment for lease is some kind of a puzzle to be solved by the designer. A priori nobody knows a future inhabitant that is why there’s no idea about the apartment’s future look. In that case it’s more likely the interior which «looks for» the owner itself, rather the opposite. After all, it very much depends on the created atmosphere and environment, who exactly will choose the offered apartment.
